By doing so, Australians can secure better-paying jobs and embark on more fulfilling career paths, while also leading to increased efficiency and competitiveness for the country that has recently seen record declines in productivity.

ServiceNow is committed to training 1000 Australians in its NextGen Professionals Program who would be otherwise marginalised from the tech field. The nine-week digital bootcamp is offered at no cost and can lead to students finding full-time employment within the ServiceNow job market.

ServiceNow launched its traineeship program in February with the goal of helping develop a digital-ready workplace in NSW and increasing access and pathways for individuals looking to move into IT. The first trainees have now been placed, and ServiceNow, TAFE and MEGT are ready to run the program again.
